Job Responsibilities & Duties

 

  • Overseeing the customer service process
  • Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention
  • Conducting quality assurance surveys with customers and providing feedback to the staff
  • Serves customers by providing product and service information and resolving product and service problems.
  • Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions and suggesting information about other products and services.
  • Opens customer accounts by recording account information
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information
  • Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer’s complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best the solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.
  • Maintains financial accounts by processing customer adjustments.
  • Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

Minimum Requirements

Job Overview: Responsibilities will include translation of the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the application. You will work with the Backend developer to meet the overall product front end requirement

  • Developing new and existing native/Hybrid applications Nice to have Flutter, React Native)
  • working with custom frameworks, experience with design patterns, pluggable architecture and performance monitoring/tuning

Job Overview: The individual will be primarily responsible for growing the business by delivering the Technical Consulting/Research assignments in addition to preparation and submission of the tender responses. 

Minimum Requirements

Advising clients on techno-commercials aspects of the e-mobility projects

Conducting market research and solution’s feasibility assessment for domestic and international clients 

Advising clients across various countries on Policy and Regulations 

Identifying potential clients/customers and partners

Pitching products and services to the clients 

Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing customers and generate new leads from existing and new clients

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events

Delivering PowerPoint presentations and preparing project reports for submission to client 

Preparing and submitting the responses for government tenders in the e-mobility domain

Qualifications and Skill Required.

Candidate must have technical background with bachelors in Electrical or Power Engineering

Candidate must have at least 3 years of consulting or research experience either in the power or e-mobility sector

Candidate must have solution-oriented approach 

Candidate with in-depth knowledge of the EV industry and its current events will be given preference

Candidates must have ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines

Excellent communication skills including proficiency in English with cross-cultural thinking

Proficiency in MS office Tools such as Excel and PowerPoint

Willingness to travel regularly, and  in some cases, extended stay in international countries and Indian cities on short notice

Minimum Requirements

Identifying potential clients, new leads & partners

Selling products and Services of the company as per the sales target 

Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings

Regular follow-ups with the potential client to close deals 

Maintaining fruitful relationships with existing partners and customers

Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events to generate new leads and pitch company’s solutions to the potential clients 

Preparing and submitting tender responses

Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s products

Developing and submitting sales proposals on daily basis to potential clients


Qualifications and Skill Required.

Candidate must have graduation in either Electrical or Power Engineering
